About Us

Working with leaders and organisations to achieve positive and productive workplace dynamics and deliver organisational success is Amaya’s passion and something she has had the pleasure of doing for over 15 years. In 2011 Amaya founded Zing & Co to continue the work she is passionate about whilst chasing love around the world (Norway, to be exact). Now residing back in Melbourne with her Norwegian beau and two small kids, she continues to engage with organisations to support positive and productive workplace dynamics and loves every minute of it!

Miranda discovered her passion for people and change management during her 20+ year career in IT within the Life Sciences industry. Whilst she retains a deep love for technology and the opportunities it presents, she strongly believes that for an organisation to truly transform and achieve enduring change, people must be at the heart. Being able to support clients in achieving positive workplace change for both their people and their organisation’s success brings great fulfilment.

Miranda has a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with managing organisational change across globally dispersed teams with diverse cultures and skillsets. This experience allows her to quickly understand the cultural challenges in the workplace to deliver programs that achieve positive sustainable change.

After almost two decades working, and finding love, abroad, Miranda now resides back in Melbourne with her British hubby, two beautiful boys and adoring dachshund.

Cory’s background in economics fuelled her passion for understanding social and individual behaviours and how they impact performance and workplaces. Cory has over 15 years’ experience leading and managing projects in the public and private sectors and thrives in being able to use the breadth of her experience to support clients to achieve positive and sustainable change in the workplace. Cory’s joy is found in the veggie patch and spending time doing outdoorsy things with her husband and three kids. On Sundays she can be found madly racing between all the footy games!

Alli joined Zing & Co in mid-2022 after more than two decades working in public health. Alli has outstanding organisational skills and great eye for detail and she couples this with empathy and compassion developed through years of engaging with people from all walks of life. Alli performs a range of support services to enable to the team to be their best and deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Lucy joined the Zing & Co team in mid-2023. Combining this with her part time study of International Relations at the University of Melbourne, she is passionate about learning how to make a positive impact in a changing world. Lucy draws on her excellent organisational and communication skills developed through academic study, leadership roles and extensive volunteer work to deliver high quality outcomes and support for the Zing team and their clients. When she isn't studying or working, you can find Lucy going for runs, baking at home or listening to Taylor Swift.
