Zing & Co was founded by Amaya from a simple but deeply held belief — in people, and in the organisations they shape.
In 2013, she set out to build a consulting firm committed to making a positive contribution to the world. After years working both within organisations and in leading consulting environments, it became clear that meaningful change doesn’t come from theory alone — it comes from doing the brave work
